Pham Yen Nhi Nowadays, more and more people are using cars. Although it is going to speed up global warming, they still use cars for its convenience. This problem can result in serious people’s health, which can be tackled using appropriate measures. The main issue is that we often easily see many cars on the road which emit very toxic dust. Each family has not only one car, but they often also have two or three cars. In the current situation, for example, Ha Noi’s air pollution is largely caused by vehicle emission, especially car emission. When people breathe dust, they can have respiratory problems such as asthma. One of the measures which ought to be taken to resolve this prospective issue is that the government should encourage people to use public transport such as trains, buses, ang bicycles. Not only does this reduce emissions and dust, but also reduces traffic congestion, helping people save time on the road without getting tired. Besides, people need to be aware of environmental protection and self-discipline to take public transport when possible. Finally, a simple solution is Viet Nam should improve quality of means of transport, strengthen the periodic quality inspection of those vehicles. In fact, public transport in Viet Nam is very bad, people must endure a long to wait for a bus, which may cause them to be late for work. To sum up, commuting within cities really needs to be provided by the government with optimal solutions and strictly enforced by the people. They need to be aware of how global warming will cause serious negative consequences for their health and community, so that they adjust to reduce the maximum use of cars. Total: 267 words
