DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A WEATHER FORECAST SYSTEM FOR AVIATION INDUSTRY Abstract Software engineering is an engineering discipline which is used to analyze, modeling and development of the system. This exploration work reviews the background and general idea of weather forecasting package which motivated me to go into the exploration work and problem faced by aviation industry. Trip issue of rainfall read the use of homemade styles in weather forecasting package and also in storing or keeping records and its analysis. Some of the styles used in weather forecasting package are as follows continuity system, suggesting better ways of weather forecasting package. The programming language used in this exploration was react JavaScript framework that gave the resultant effect of design and implementation of weather forecasting package that will result in faster forecasting of weather conditions reliable and accurate in our society. Statement of problem The condition of the earth’s climate is constantly changing, making it difficult to know when a disaster is around the corner. Many lives and properties has been lost as a result of natural disasters such as floods, tornadoes, earthquake, etc. airlines in particular are seeking for more effective systems to enable them have a safe flight and in many cases they come against unfavorable weather conditions. It is in view of these problems that this research study is carried out to develop a weather forecasting system for aviation industry. Aim and objectives of the study i. ii. iii. iv. v. To help aviation meteorologists issue accurate weather forecast. To enable aviation meteorologists issue weather forecast with minimum delay. To enable Aviation industry to make decision on flight control based on information given. To study and use advance programming language as logical tool for forecasting weather conditions. To make sure of effective analysis, design implementation, and also provide solution to state problems in Aviation weather forecast. Scope of Study This study covers the design and implementation of a weather forecasting system for aviation industry, using Murtala Mohammed International Airport as a case study. Limitation This are those conditions beyond the control of this project. The major limitation to this study is time factor. Others includes money or financial consideration, accurate information and appropriate respondents. Methodology To effectively design and implement this project (A weather forecasting system for aviation industry) Conclusion This paper presents a comprehensive overview of the design and development of weather forecasting system for aviation industry using react JavaScript framework programming language. This project will be more helpful to the aviation industry it will be more effective in case making decision on weather and control based on information given etc.
