To: Mr. Lunga Sipayile Holy Hills Holdings East London Date: 12 Oct. 22 Dear Mr., Sipayile As per our discussion note that Ithimba and the Services Seta have entered into an agreement for a learnership program that entails providing 300 unemployed previously disadvantaged persons with skills development in the following learnership program: - National Certificate - Call Centre NQF level 2 - Further Education and Training Certificate – Information technology – Systems Development NQF Level 4. The spread of beneficiaries is such that: - About 150 should be based in the Western Cape Province - About 100 should be based in the Eastern Cape Province - About 50 should be based in the Northern Cape Province The project will be running two learnership programmes simultaneously. The minimum requirements for the acceptance into the program are as follows: Call Centre Support - NQFL 2 (minimum requirements: Grade 10 preferable Grade 11) Systems Development- NQFL 4 (min. passed grade 11 preferable Grade 12 preferable with mathematics) Please note that the program does not prescribe an age limit for learners that are people living with disabilities, however recruited learners must be able to: - Work in a Call Centre environment (that is be able to speak, hear, and read). - Work with IT equipment and programs. Kindly assist us with the recruitment of the following learners that are living with disabilities in your regions - Northern Cape - 25 (Kimberly or Upington) - Eastern Cape – 50 (East London or surrounding areas). - Learners to be strategically placed in areas with ease of access to transportation. Stipends payable monthly to leaners is between R2500 to R3500 depending on transportation requirements. The recruitment rates payable to you as a recruiter are guided by the SETA rates as follows: The Service SETA unit cost for recruitment (database only- collection of supporting documents i.e., IDs and qualifications) is R245.41 per learner.
