Overall responsibility related to marketing like company profile creation, updating website, making PPTs and attractive videos, handling social media pages of company. 2. Doing market research & sending cold emails or doing cold calls to search for opportunity to add new customers. 3. Receiving new enquiries and evaluating the relevance by doing customer visits and customer communications. 4. Updating enquiry status register/ quotations file in ERP 5. Sending quotations by coordinating with engineering team to get the RM cost. 6. Doing vendor registrations and preparing the documents required for the same. 7. Receiving & Evaluating the PO & delivery requirements of customer 8. Clarification with the customer regarding Engineering change note 9. Sending order confirmation to customer. 10. Releasing of contract review 11. Collect and evaluate customer survey 12. Coordinate with production, PMC, stores, quality, engineering to execute the customer PO 13. Prepare and maintain the records. 14. Monitor customer PO status and delivery status, take corrective action in case of delivery failure/updating customer regarding the new delivery schedule. 15. Updating order status book and sales strategy documents. 16. Preparing the list of next target customers and their database. 17. Releasing work orders 18. Collecting customer feedbacks 19. Updating quality department about customer complaints and getting the corrective actions done by them.
