To Whom it May Concern,
As a Student Association over the years, we have been carrying educational awareness campaigns
around the province of Morobe, speaking at schools and doing our best to help motivate students in
rural schools to aim higher and always strive for academic excellence.
In our experiences in interacting with rural communities through this educational awareness campaigns
we have come to realize a that in all of our educational outreach programs we have targeted individuals
within the student category only. Because of this 30% of our audience who do not fit within the student
category always walk away with nothing from us.
We feel that this is not how Educational Awareness campaigns should be conducted as Education is
more than learning within an academic school system.
Therefore, in writing this letter we ask that you will give us brochures and pamphlets accompanied with
the suitable training to conduct awareness on IPA process so that we may help educate our people also
during our educational awareness outreaches. We will not be charging fees whatsoever as one of our
objectives as an association is to “Enhance Rural Community Development growth through access and
availability of Information”.
We believe the importance of the IPA process must be understood by our rural small businesses
therefore in respect to not misrepresent you we submit this letter for your approval.
