The Relation of Lawyers oath to the Practice Law is about the
promise that will make a command to take action to ensure the
supreme law of the land followed and upheld. This promise is a
burden. It is required to take the Lawyers oath seriously, to work
and lived by the rules defining the duties of the office. they
required to maintain the confidence of the clients, execute the
professional functions competently, diligently and conform the
law's requirements in the business and personal affairs, uphold
the legal process and seek the improvement in the law and legal
access to legal system.so even if we think that no one is watching
even when clients position would cause us to advocate the
opposite, even when we are engaging in business outside the
practice of law, the oath requires us to remain honest and diligent
and to uphold the rule of law even it is difficult or adverse to our
personal or professional objectives.
As we promise in the oath that we conduct ourselves at all times
with integrity. This final promise in oath reminds us the that we
have a duty to comport ourselves oppositely. We have a duty to be
civil, personal life values of honesty and integrity and build up the
reputation of the profession. This promise requires us to work
together to achieve a fairy system. A system that repersents the
needs of the clients. This are the relations of the Lawyers of oath
to the Practice law that we devote ourselves for the betterment of
the profession and our communities, to ensure that the rule of law
is upheld, to advocate honesty and with integrity and to making
system a fairer.
