Tell me about yourself I’m Janeth ,an undergraduate of BS Accountancy .I have a previous job experience when it comes to Quick books and creating a payroll as an assistant treasurer. I know that my previous job experience are not related to customer service but when it comes to critical thinking and easily adapting to the environment,I think it is also essential in being a call center agent. 2. Why should we hire you? You should hired me because I’m a person who pays very close attention to the quality and positiveness and when I decide to do something,I always give my one hundred percent and I believe that I can really applied in customer service. 3. Why do you want to work in a call center? I choose to work in call center because it is the most in demand job nowadays and it does not require high requirements compared to other jobs that requires a college graduate .I also believe that this is good paying job . 4. How can you handle an irritated customer? I can handle an irritating customer by being more understanding and I must listen to his/her problem first in order to come up with the right solution and satisfy him/her. 5. How long do you plan to stay in the company? I planned to stay in this company as long as the company needs me and if applicable ,I hope I can get a promotion someday in this field. 6. What if 2-3 years from now,you have not yet been promoted? That’s alright.I’m still thankful that I’ve have a job to pay for my bills 7. What is good customer service? Good customer service is knowing and understanding the customer needs and providing afterwards an effective solution to their problem. 8. What if you encountered a problem with your supervisor? If I ever encountered a problem with my supervisor in the future then I will talk to him/her first about it then if it still not resolved .That’s the time that I will talked to our manager in order to resolved it first internally . 9. Where do you see yourself 5 years from now? Five years from now,I would like to see myself still working in this company and getting a higher promotion someday in this field furthermore have an experience itself when it comes to communicating with different types of people. 10. Do you have plans of continuing your studies? None ,because that is not my priority now. 11. What is excellent customer service? I think excellent customer service is exceeding customer’s expectations 12. What is your greatest strength ? My greatest strength is the ability to work under pressure and I’m an attentive listener. 13. What is your greatest weakness? My greatest weakness is that I can’t say NO to other people because I feel like I’m an obligated to help them.But I realized afterwards that it is counter productive to my own work so I have learned to distinguish what my duties are and what are theirs. 14. How do you handle stress? I think the most effective way to handle stress is to have a strictly healthy routine by eating healthy foods,exercising and getting enough sleep.
