combined company will be named Worldpay, Inc. and will trade on the New
York Stock Exchange under the symbol "WP". The transaction is expected to
close by the end of 2017, subject to customary conditions, including
regulatory approvals.

gateway and data security products. Bluefin’s POS systems are EMV-ready
and include features such as PCI compliance, tokenization and fraud
prevention tools. The company’s payment gateway, PayConex, is a Level 1
PCI DSS-compliant hosted solution that offers businesses tokenization,
encryption and fraud prevention tools. Bluefin also offers DataShield, a data
security product that helps businesses to secure their customer data.
Bluefin Payment Systems has been accredited by the PCI Security Standards
Council (PCI SSC) as a Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and Payment
Application Qualified Security Assessor (PA-QSA). Bluefin is also a member
of the PCI Security Standards Council.
The company has received a number of awards and accolades, including
