This self-assessment has been developed to provide you with an opportunity to reflect on yourself as a unique member of the worship team and assess these overlapping areas. In this assessment you will think and reflect on how frequently, or how well, you are performing in different areas of your life which ultimately contributes to your whole self as a worshiper. You are also encouraged to assess the areas in which you may be performing well, however, you desire to reach or achieve more. There are no right or wrong answers in this assessment as this is your unique view of self. There are areas in which you may find you are performing well, and in others, you will notice you may need to apply a little more time and effort. We recommend you set some time aside, quiet time preferably, in which you can reflect on these questions and answer truthfully and honestly. The goal of this assessment is to help you identify areas of strength and opportunity so you can continue to grow and develop as a worshiper. Know that after you have completed this assessment and turned it in, the worship pastors and/or your head leader will set some time aside with you to discuss and outline a development plan that will be uniquely designed to cater to your areas of opportunity and growth. You will notice that each area has a statement related to what your family members witness, this gives you the opportunity to have some healthy conversations with those who witness you in your role as a worshiper. We are excited to embark in this journey with you, and we can’t wait to see what’s waiting on the other side.
