Tampering with safety devices
Operation of mobile equipment without a valid licence.
Allowing unauthorised or untrained person to operate mobile equipment.
Failure to follow safety procedures, including requirements from RA’s
(Risk Assessment).

Failure to wear and keep in good condition prescribed personal protective
equipment (PPE).
Failure to observe site traffic rules.
Failure to report all accidents / incidents immediately.
Public smoking is Prohibited.
No drugs is allowed on our site.

equipment and facilities during construction activities.

not drag them.
Eliminate the cause = NO Fires
