PERSONAL PROJECT 2022/2023 Formal Meeting 1 Date: 12-9-2022 Name of student: Ali jassim Alhosani 1) Goal and context of project: To the goal of this project is to reflect the dangers and changes that the global warming can cause on our planet. Also, to confirm the important role of the human habit's and how making change to it could lead to a huge positive difference. 2) What global context looking at and why? This project is looking at the environmental context because it will discuss one of the important environmental problems that our planet is suffering from it. 3) What is your interest in this topic? What is interest about this topic is that regardless of all the negative changes that can be noticed on our environment still some people are ignorant about the importance of this environmental problem and how they can control and limit these risky changes to save our planet. 4) What is your prior learning knowledge linked to this goal? My prior learning knowledge that this environmental problem is one of the most common issues that the world are dealing with it in the current time. Also, the important of the healthy habits of human and how it could help with saving and decreasing the harmful impacts on our planet. 5) What subject-specific knowledge are you linking to your project? The subjects that will be linked in this project is biology and specifically global warming. 6) What research are you doing and how? The research that I will do is about the most common impacts of the global warming on environment (plants, animals, and humans). Moreover, what are the human behaviors that can increase this issue and how the human can deal with it. In this research I will use the internet and some governmental websites to look for some answers or information. 7) Do you understand the rubric that you will be assessed with? (See last page) Yes. 8) What is your product/outcome? Does it respond to your goal context? The outcome shows that the global warming is one of the most important environmental issues that our planet is suffering from it and the human's are one of the important reasons that increase this issue because of their behavior. So, the outcomes has responded to my goal context in clearly way. 9) What are the criteria for your product/outcomes? (How would you know that you have achieved your goal?) By spreading knowledge, awareness, and spotlight some of the behaviors that people may do it without knowing it is one of the factors that lead to increasing the problem of global warming. So, in this way people will be more acknowledge and responsible with dealing with this environmental issue. 10) What is your timeline? How will you keep track of your progress?
