UNITY was established on July 2009 by Mae Parado alongside her bestfriends
Pauline Policarpio and Julie Lapig who became her partners in the business later
on because of their love and passion in managing and styling events.
Since 2009, the company now has 2 offices located at:

Satellite Office: SM Fairview, Lower Ground Floor beside EZ Shoppe
UNITY offers planning and styling services with an excellent quality and budget fit

proactive staff. We offer continuity and expertise to our clients, ensuring the delivery of a landmark event.
Together with this cover letter, we enclose herewith the proposals that outlines the details and management plan for the
event (gender reveal party) for your kind perusal. The proposal covers the project and timeline, scope of work and
responsibilities and professional fees. A detailed follow-up proposal that underlines the details of the event tentative costing

MR. ROI TAN this 23RD DAY OF November 2018. AS AGREED, UNITY WILL BE RESPONSIBLE
FOR ALL SERVICES AND ORGANIZATION OF MR. & MRS. ROI AND HALEY TAN GENDER REVEAL
PARTY ON JANUARY 05, 2019 SATURDAY, 2:00 PM TO 6:00PM. SERVICE INCLUSIONS ARE
CATERINGS, VENUE SET UP (TABLES, CHAIRS TO BE PROVIDED BY THE VENUE, SOUND
SYSTEM, EMCEE AND PHOTOGRAPHERS).
*50% down payment for the services must be paid on the day of contract signing amounting
to P 183,765.00
*The other 50% will be paid on the day of event. P 183,765.00 on December 02, 2018.
*Down payment are non- refundable 1 month prior to the event on November 18, 2018.
*UEPSS will charge 15% on the total expense as a professional fee.
