The salon culture was really unprofessional and lll say the salon owner was
responsible for it because she allows staff to come in a salon and just do
what they want and proceed how they wanna proceed. It was like there
were no rules so the staff could just do what they wanted. The changes that
need to be implemented are rules: staff shouldnt feel as though they could
just come into the salon dressed how they want and do what they wanna
do; it also needs to be a dress code. The way that I would handle an
employee like the assistant, I would fire her or give her some time off
because it was like the salon was a joke to her. She thought everything
was funny and didn't care about losing the job. It is really important to
brand your salon properly because having a strong brand helps keep
customers engaged and make customers wanna make appointments or
help make them wanna come back or share your salon out . Yes i think the
salon will eventually maintain tabitha's changes because there gonna start
taking her serious ( wasn't here for the other episode to tell them apart )
