Dear Mr./Ms.,
We SARAY PROFIX CONSTRUCTION is hereby appointed IQRA SAFETY
CONSULTANCY as the SITE SAFETY CONSULTANT to oversee All safety works during
the period of façade rectification at ALREEM TOWER, DUBAI from 15th July 2022.
Please be advised that the following are the Authorities and Responsibilities of the Safety
consultancy which are intended to describe the general nature and level of work to be performed,
but are not intended to be an exclusive list of all responsibilities and functions required of the
position:
Authorities:
 Monitors work for compliance to applicable codes, and accepted engineering
practices
 Develops, maintains, and performs weekly update of schedules (site safety
officer)
 Practices discipline to his subordinates
 Acts as the Firm/Project representative on health and safety environment
Responsibilities:
 Works with coordinator to impose procedures and system for more efficiency and
better quality.
 Imposes and monitors all health, safety and environment activities to ensure that
the agreed safety and loss prevention standards are fully implemented and
properly followed.
 Acts as the Firm/Project representative on health and safety environment (HSE)
matters for coordinating and conducting weekly site inspections.
 Attends weekly comprehensive company progress client meeting.

 Undertakes weekly HSE inspection ensuring follow-up and rectification of
detected irregularities and report the same to the Project Manager.
 Reviews the HSE manual and all health, safety and environment related
documentation, including method of statements, work permit procedures and
safety equipment requisitions to ensure compliance with established standards
and updates all firm’s/client’s established policies to support HSE programs.
 Reviews scope of work completed from the health, safety and environment
perspective, to identify trends and possible exposure to problems.
 Investigates accident reports, sets up recommendation and corrective actions with
the close out date and follows up the same to ensure implementation &
effectiveness of the corrective action to avoid recurrence of the same.
 Ensure company policies & operation procedures are strictly implemented.
 Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
