6. CONCLUSION
The Software Entitled “QUESTION BANK AUTOMATION SYSTEM” is
implemented to replace the manual system effectively. It can eliminate the human
errors, which are likely to creep in the kind of working which bulk quantity of data, and
typical calculation has to be processed.
This software can be widely used in educational institutes etc. It is a web based
application so user location doesn’t matter. Admin can access this software anywhere
anytime. This system also evaluate the candidate’s capability and skills efficiently. It is
fully automated system which fast results. In this system there is no need of transporting
paper through police/security vans to all colleges. This system provide unbiased result.
The usage of this system reduces human effort and save time and resources to an extent.
The Developed system is highly interactive one and is user friendly as it enabled
by menu. The System provides accurate updating, data validation and integrity is
observed in the system.
The coding has been done cautiously so that any developer can follow the
programs easily with the knowledge of the convention followed hence it is easy to be
maintained .Testing has been completed and the errors were corrected. The system was
successfully implemented and was found to be user friendly and simple. The system
satisfies all requirements needed by the user. I conclude the software as best to my
knowledge.
SCOPE FOR FUTURE ENHACEMENT
This is a web-Based System. Our future effort is to employee different types of
randomization as well as addition to Question Generation, we can enhance the same
software by making provision to produce question from online test. This system can
emphasize more percentage of difficulty when question papers are referred from this
repository.
The system has much scope in future and it can be developed to add more
features to satisfy the user’s request. The currently developed system will be flexible
and can adopt more number of modules with easy integration and it makes the
management side work easier.
