Warm Greetings!
I, Juan Bautista, Pala pala, Cavite City currently assigned as Project Development Officer II
of SLP-Bustos, Bulacan. I am writing this letter requesting for a possible transfer to SLPCavite effective January 16, 2020.
My spent time working at SLP - Bulacan is rewarding and I am truly appreciative of the
experience hence as a Solo Parent I find it hard working far from home because I always get
worried of my children especially now due to the pandemic. And I think I can also be more
productive if I can be transferred to my hometown due to less in time in transportation. And it
will also of great help to me and my 2 kids by saving some of my salary used in
transportation and board and lodging. I believe that a transfer would benefit the agency and
would enable me to continue to develop as an employee. Rest assured that I will perform my
work efficiently and diligently and fulfill my duties as Project Development Officer II.
