Eat as much as you want​:

As a general rule, the darker green or brightly coloured veggies contain the most
nutrients and antioxidant activity. They can be eaten steamed or lightly sautéed.
All veggies are okay.

Avoid white-starch foods​, like white bread, cakes, cookies, white pasta, white rice,
potatoes w/o skins, and all refined flours. Whole-grain flour, in moderation, is
acceptable; whole-grain brown or wild rice and whole-grain pasta are all OK.
Avoid milk and dairy products: ​they promote the growth of candida and are a
common allergen which will disrupt the intestinal homeostasis. This includes milk,
cheese and any sweetened yogurt. Unsweetened yogurt with live bacteria is OK
Avoid yeast containing foods​: any food with high yeasts content such as breads.
Unleavened breads OK
Avoid molds​: dried fruit, peanuts, pistachios and any peanut product, all mushrooms
Avoid fermented foods:​ Also all products that may contain white vinegar, ketchup,
mayo, olives, pickles, steak sauces.
Avoid Soy sauce and Miso: ​tamari and Bragg’s is okay
Avoid Food allergies:​ food allergies are common in people with yeast problems
Avoid prescriptions: ​may disrupt the intestinal flora

If you can follow this 100% that is great and you will get quicker results. If
you find 100% to hard then find your own personal balance. Doing something
most of the time is better than not at all. I like to recommend the 80/20
rule. Find the things you love and allow them in your diet once and awhile. If
you were to do this you will still get great results, it might just take a little
longer.

Try to eat 3 medium size meals and 2 small snacks throughout the day,
making sure you always have some form of protein with each meal.
