House Rules
____This is a no smoking, no Alcohol, no Drugs, no 420, no party, no pets share home.
____ Please conduct yourself mindfully that you are in a share housing by being
considerate and respectful of everyone comfort with noise, space, and cleanliness at
all time.
____ Absolutely no overnight guest.
____Please be considerate, clean up after yourself and leave area cleaned and ready
for the next person to use. Return all personal items to your own room.
____ All common and share spaces along with share items in and on this property, are
available for all tenants to use. However, you must be able to clean up after yourself
after each use. If you are not able, you do not have permission to use and leave it to
others to clean up after you.
____ Please arrange among yourself the daily and weekly cleaning chores to maintain
the common areas.
____ Please arrange among yourself to pay and replenish all common consumable
items used such as: paper towel, toilette tissue, dish liquid, etc…
____ Sort and dispose all of waste daily.
_____ Smoking indoor will cause a $500 minimum fine.
