2. Preparation
2.1
As far as possible the direct contact of different metals shall be avoided. In cases
where this is unavoidable due to specific design requirements, suitable isolation shall
be installed between the differing metals to mitigate bi-metallic corrosion, such as
Pikotek, Teflon or similar approved isolation systems.
