Dear Mrs. Anesh, There are already 3 months that I have been working for your hospital as a Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist. I was always loyal and dedicated to Mediclinic Airport Road hospital. All the assignments and reports I was handling were submitted on time without any delays, the patients have been treated with a high level of professionality and they were more than satisfied from their psychotherapy sessions. And as you might noticed, within a short period of time I prove myself and I am working on my exposure, in collaboration with the marketing department, in order to increase the number of my client, which is not small at all if we take into consideration the short period of time that I joined the hospital. I was very satisfied with my salary, and I honestly had no idea about the range of salary in UAE for psychologist. In addition, I am so happy at Mediclinic and I am not looking for another job since I am highly satisfied at my workplace, furthermore, I am blessed to be surrounded by such an amazing team. However, recently I have received a job offer from Berlin Medical and Neurological Rehabilitation LLC in Abu Dhabi, they offered me 43.000 AED as monthly salary as you can see in the job offer letter that I shared with you. They also give me same benefits that you gave me. I am loyal to Mediclinic hospital and I wish I never resign from such an important place, but the offer I got makes me think about quitting, especially that it is 13000 AED above my current salary. For this reason, I am writing this letter in order to ask you if you could rise my salary so I wouldn’t think twice about staying in your hospital, if not, I will unfortunately move for a better opportunity. It is important to mention that they doesn’t gave me an important time to sign the letter otherwise they withdraw the offer, therefore I highly appreciate your soon answer.
