Drill scenario:
Emergency Fire Drill Evacuation was performed .
1. On Today morning, 24th August 2022 at approx. 11:30AM, Al Bawani operative was observed a smoke coming from a
covered general waste bin located in the office at B-1. He was checked the waste bin and found cigarette butts, plastic, and
paper waste burning. The fire was started to aggravated the moment he opened the lid of the waste bin.
2. A couple of minutes back, they was caught two (2) visitors smoking in the same area (Non-smoking zone) where the fire
incident occurs.
Emergency response:
1) The worker raised the nearest Fire alarm and called for help.
2) All workers and office staff respond to the alarm and evacuated to the Assembly point.
3) The trained fire fighter extinguished the fire .
4) Fire wardens ensured that all personnel have evacuated safely.
5) Evacuees gathered at assembly point where supervisors started the head count.
6) HSE confirmed that all personnel are present at assembly point.
Post Drill:
1) Post event briefing
2) Observer findings / Recommendations/Drill report
3) Evacuees allow back to building after head counting and declare by fire marshal that exercise is over .
