I. TITLE: BRIGADA SA PAGBASA: PROJECT T.R.I.N.I.E.R.A.
II. RATIONALE:
In the pursuant of DepEd Memorandum OU-LAPP-No. 0-267, s. 2021, Annex, the Brigada Pagbasa Program is a
national movement for reading that aims to bring together all education champions and supporters to contribute to nation
building by helping all Filipino children how to read in the context of partnership. This is to support the DepEd's goal
to provide children access to quality education.
Hence this
III. OBJECTIVES:


To equip participants with an awareness of School Based Management (SBM) to support schools in their
journey.
To enrich participants skills so as to improve their school performance and student’s achievements.

VI. EXIT PLAN (SUSTAINABILITY):

School-based management (SBM) offers a way to promote improvement by distributing control from
central district offices to individual school sites. It tries to stretch school constituents--administrators,
teachers, parents and other community members--more control over what happens in schools.
