Dear Sir/Ma’am:
This correspondence pertains to the Notice of Deficiency issued from your good office dated
June 5, 2021 and received by me on June 8, 2021 at 05:10 PM via email.
Based on the deficiencies/inaccuracies found in the submitted documents, the process to
comply/rectify the said deficiencies will need more time and may lapse beyond the expiration date of
the original period. Hence, I am respectfully requesting from your good office an extension beyond the
expiration date of the submission of the documents needed for the housing loan application.
Furthermore, I am authorizing Mr. Jay Dionisio S. Del Socorro, my representative, to claim all
pertinent documents that need to be amended, process the rectification/compliance of such documents
and re-submit the completed documents back to PAG-IBIG FUND (HDMF) office.
We hope that this request merit a most favorable and positive response.
