Good day!
With due respect, I would like to bring it to your knowledge that the Licensure Examination for
Teachers is scheduled next month- September 25, 2022. In connection to this, I am requesting
for your approval to grant my 17-day leave of absences from September 01– September 23,
2022. I will use the 17-day leave to start and focus on my self-review in preparations for the
upcoming board examination. If the tasks/ paper works assigned to me will not be finished
within this week, I will make sure to properly endorse it to you for easy organization of the
documents.
