Beginning September 29, 2020, Revolt HD IP will be moved from Digital Preferred
and Preferred + to Digital Starter and Extra/Entertainment Genre Pack.
The Regulatory Cost Recovery fee is neither government mandated nor a tax,
but is assessed by Comcast to recover certain federal, state, and local regulatory
costs.
The FCC modifies the rate that voice providers pay into the
USF on a quarterly basis. USF is assessed on applicable voice
services as the Federal Universal Service Fund at the FCC's
approved rate. See: http://www.fcc.gov/encyclopedia/contribution-factorquarterly-filings-universal-service-fund-usf-management-support. A new rate
becomes effective 10/01/2020.
