services in civil, mechanical & electrical engineering works with the global specification systems
ASTM , BS & ACI CODE.

Quality department in AL AMERI company is committed to conduct Internal &external Quality
Audits in order to determine the efficiency of the quality system and verify that requirements
and objectives are met.
Internal policy
 Audits normally cover all areas of the quality system (civil, electrical, mechanical… etc.).
 Internal Quality Audits will be recorded and issued to Senior Management & client for information,
and the required corrective action on findings.
 Audit reports will be submitted to the Contractor for information only.
 Findings shall be resolved, followed up and verified on planned date. And Internal Audit Schedule will
present.

External policy
The project team will be cooperative in allowing the Main Contractor and/or Third Party to
inspect, monitor or review jobsite, documentation and construction equipment for the
compliance with project requirements.
