Ingredients:
125 gms white sugar
64 gms Milo milo
4 pcs egg
1/2 kg bananas
1140 gms Bread
225 gms Oil
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees

Combine sugar, and salt in a saucepan. Cook, stirring constantly, over
medium heat until mixture boils and thickens. Continue to stir and cook
2 more minutes, then remove from the burner.

Place egg yolks in a medium bowl. Whisk in a small amount
of hot mixture, then immediately add egg yolk mixture to
remaining hot mixture.
Step 4
Return the saucepan to the burner and cook, stirring
constantly, for 2 more minutes. Remove the saucepan from the stove; stir in scrambled egg
Step 5
Fill pastry shell with sliced bananas.
Step 6
Frie until filling sets, 12 to 15 minutes.
Step 7
Chill pie for 1 hour before serving.
