This is to CERTIFY that the number of teachers who physically report to school meets the
required TEACHER-LEARNER ratio.
This also CERTIFIES that all teachers reporting to school are below 65 years old and don’t
have comorbidities, immunodeficiency or any health risk or condition.
This CERTIFIES FURTHER that all teachers are residents of the Municipality of
Palompon and have their own service vehicles in going to school and back to their respective homes.
Issued this February 23, 2022 for school preparation in order to meet the standards of
School Safety Assessment Tool ( SSAT ).
