Ms. Kaur’s job duties as a ‘Shift Manager” include but not limited to: •

Supervise & coordinate the kitchen staff and schedule the activities of cooks, team members
& Kitchen helpers (9-15 persons).
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for food preparation.
Establish & implement methods to meet work schedules given by the restaurant.
Maintain records of stock manually & electronically twice a week.
Equipment repairs every month or as & when required.
Prepare & submit Sales, Inventory, Cleaning, pay-outs report to the Management.
Train staff in job duties (team members, helpers etc.) and train them to follow sanitation.
Supervise and check assembly of regular and special food order, take out, catering delivery
of food to the customers accordingly.
Ordering supplies from various vendors as per the requirements (Sysco)
Make sure that food and service meet quality control standards set by the company.
Ms. Kaur’s hours of work are flexible. She works full time minimum 40 hours per week. Her
salary wages are $ 15.00/hour. She is a very hard working and an asset to the organization.
