In the Traning and development course , it has been a interesting and useful course throughout its
time period. In this we have covered different aspects of the training and learned about its ways to
use them.
WHAT I HAVE LEARNED?(which we had performed)

 ISD lesson(its components, details) { integrating health and well
ness in remote work environment}
If I talk about the ISD lesson , it was such a great experience and somehow it was also helping
me to deal with my own problems as well in terms of remote working.

WHAT SURPRISED ME ?
For me, everything was new as I had not much experience of remotly working and our whole
semester was online and we were taking online classes . Despite that , we have made it good with
support from Professor Joanne Campagna. I was juggling with the technological problems but
hopefully it helped me to learn that how can i work remotely.

WHAT WOULD I DO DIFFERENT NEXT TIME?
As I have learned so many things with the help from Professor and peers , I would try to become
more efficient and will use this knowledge to improve my productivity and will apply all my training
knowledge into practical work.

HOW I WILL USE THIS KNOELEDGE IN MY HR PROFESSIONAL CAREER?
I have gained huge amount of knowledge from this lesson and I would take this knowlegde
along with me in my HR career and by this I can become tasks better and fulfill the responsibilities of
HR Professional. I would utilize it in order to become a good HR professional and can flaunt my skills
to the other people .
