1. Concept Development & Finalizing the initial design with the client.
2. Starting the development of the concept following the timeline given.
PROCESS AND TASK HANDLING
1. Finding clients through freelance platforms and local ex: fiver, up work, freelancer, people per hour.
2. Negotiate the initial requirements and collect sample resources and make them in a order to develop the
final outcome. So developing a timeline and work process is very important at this stage. Collecting the
references and materials can be cooperated with the client. Concept Development & Finalizing the initial
design with the client.

Starting work flow - Organization Structure Diagram
The 2nd discussion is the key discussion where client understands the process and the rough sketch of the
outcome after the 2nd discussion. The freelance firm provides the first outcome to the client. Firm and the
client can discuss about the final outcome and make necessary requested changes.
Payments are based on the scale of the project. If its a massive project the payment can be decided into
milestones. If not its a single payment In some cases Advance payment can be made before the initial steps
start.
