INFORMATION
The undersigned Assistant City Prosecutor of Cebu City, Cebu
hereby accuses JAMESENDGRAM of the crime of Murder committed as
follows:
That on or about 10th day of July, 2022, at about11:45 pm in Maria
Luisa Compound, Tisa Cebu City, Philippines and within the jurisdiction
of this Honorable Court, the above-named accused, with the intent to kill
and with treachery, did then and there willfully, unlawfully and
feloniously, attack, assault and injure without any hint of warning
LUCIO KAGANG while he was sleeping inside his bedroom by
immediately stabbing the said victim with the use of the bolo thereby
stabbing the victim on the back of his body eight times and which injury
caused his instantaneous death, to the damage and prejudice of the heirs
of the victim to be proven during the trial of the case.
Acts contrary to the provision of Article 246 of the Revised Penal
Code of the Philippines.

Agent, and a resident of Tisa, Cebu City, Philippines, after having been

walking at the street with my friends RIHANNA BUNI and
MARY AUSTIN and talk about our problem way to Siomai-an
Eatery. As we go there we notice that there is a man running away
and that is later on known as JAMES ENDGRAM the suspect.
2. As we go there we notice that there is a man with a blood on his
shirt running away carrying a bolo with a blood on it and that is
later on known as JAMES ENDGRAM the suspect
3. As we curious what happened we looked where he came and why
is he running so fast, that is the time we saw a man lying at the
street bathed in his own blood later on known to be LUCIO
KAGANG the victim.
4. RHINNA BUNI my friend told me to call an ambulance and report
it to police station, after that we called an ambulance and reported
to the near police station.
5. That I am executing this affidavit to the best of my knowledge of
the facts and circumstances to support the filing of a case for
MURDER against JAMES ENDGRAM in court and for
whatever legal purpose this may serve.

duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and say:
1. That I am testifying as a private complaining witness in the aboveentitled case;
2. That this Judicial Affidavit is taken upon examination of PROS.
