Republic of the Philippines Department of Education REGION III SCHOOLS DIVISION OF BULACAN VIRGINIA RAMIREZ-CRUZ NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL Dear Ma’am, I am writing this letter to you as a response to the instruction to write an explanation regarding what happened last July 6,2022, morning on the celebration of 2022 Nutrition Month. With that matter, I am imploring to your understanding on what had happed on that day for being late and wasn’t able to attend on the said event because my wife, happened to be a teacher in a Public Elementary here at Pandi North, got sick and we don’t have someone who took care of our 1 year and 8-month-old baby daughter on that morning. I just waited till 8:30 A.M. for my mother-in-law to come over to us and took care of my wife and daughter for that day and I arrived in school at around 8:45 A.M. With the abovementioned event, I just want to say Sorry Ma’am for what happed on that day, and I am asking for your grace and understanding for my short comings as a teacher under your supervision.
