Greetings!
Rang-ay Elementary School is an institution that promotes quality education and instills moral values to its
learners.
And as we want to make sure that our learners get the best education and stay in an environment that is
conducive to learning, we are now preparing for the 2019 BRIGADA ESKWELA, a proposed program by
the Department of Education that will surely help us accomplish our mission. The said program will last
from May 20 to May 25, 2019.

SIR / MADAM:
In line with the DepEd Order 24, s. 2008 known as the Institutionalization of the Brigada Eskwela Program
or the National Schools Maintenance Week (NSMW), the undersigned, in behalf of Rang-ay Elementary
School, is humbly asking your particpation in the said program.
The program starts on May 20 and ends in May 25, 2019. If you are willing to be a part of it, you may come
to the school on or in between of the dates mentioned when you are available to volunteer.
Among the activities that will help beautify the school and make it ready for the next school year during the
program are:
1. Cleaning of the school grounds
2. Repainting of school walls and roofs
3. Cleaning of classrooms and offices
4. Pruning/trimming of trees around the school
5. Fixing of garbage disposal
6. Renovating broken school ceilings
7. Repair of dilapidated chairs
8. Preparation of one room as Learning Resource Center
9. Landscaping / gardening
10. Provision of signages
11. Rehabilitation of the school gate
12. Rehabilitation of the drainage system
13. Others
It is also humbly proposed that we specifically need cleaning materials, paint, garden tools, ornamental
plants, and plastic chicken wire. You may bring any of the tools and materials mentioned.
