 Objectives: Objectives: The objective is to gain a better
understanding of how organizations identify top talent, develop
versatility and to identify the emerging roles, job families and career
paths as the result of having to build digital business and bimodal
capabilities. One of the most frequent inquiries for the workforce
management team is how to reskill the IT workforce because the
traditional IT organization has to evolve to accommodate the
demands of digital business. This is impacting the IT organization’s
structure, type of jobs, skills and competencies needed and how the
career development of their staff is supported.
 Study Needs: To understand what are the emerging roles, skills and
competencies they need to consider for their workforce planning
needs. And also how to most effectively development their
workforce for the future.
