Personal Balanced Scorecard Internal (health)Perspective: 1. Work out in gym 30 minutes a day working out stimulates various brain chemicals which make you feel relaxed ,happy and less anxious. Working out can help you lose weight and build up the strength of the muscles, which lowers the risks of illnesses like high blood pressure, diabetes ,heart and kidney disease and cancer. A good rule of thumb is to exercise 30 minutes a day . 2. Reduce caloric intake and limit to 1200 calories a day In order to stay healthy , we need to reduce caloric intake as high caloric food makes us gain weight. Taking 1200 calories a day is one of the best ways to keep us fit. We can eat more vegetables ,fishes ,shrimps and fruits instead of fats and carbohydrates. 3. Talk to psychological counselor once a month Mental heath is critical factor of our health. We all experience stress in our daily life from different sources which is harmful to our mental health . Talking to a psychological counselor once a month can deal with the pressure of daily life. 4.Drink hot apple cider once a week. We should be aware of the impact that alcohol can have on health risks . Drinking less alcohol is good for our health . Thus, drinking hot apple cider once a week is conducive to health . Customer (external) perspective: 1. Facetime with family everyday As my family live in Shanghai, China, it is hard to talk to them in person . So we chat on facetime everyday, which helps us communicate very well . 2. Have a meal with classmates twice a week Having a meal with classmates is useful to build a relationship. We can have a small talk while eating . 3. Participate actively in group discussion every week Participating actively in group discussion can help you get on well with your team members . 4. Chat with friends on twitter everyday I have many friends who are cat lovers from United States on twitter. Chatting with them help me learn more about the society. Learning & Growth perspective 1. Listen to BBC news in the morning everyday Listening to English is the only way to improve my listening skills. Listening to BBC news can help me learn more vocabularies. 2. Learn French textbook Reflet by myself everyday I hope to improve myself by learning a second foreign language . 3. Spent 10 hours a week on textbooks of accounting program It is mandatory to spent 10 hours on textbooks so that I could understand teaching materials well. 4. Read a philosophy book a month Reading philosophy can help me develop critical thinking Financial Perspective 1. Find a part time job A part time job can help us raise revenue . In order to find a part time job at the end of June , I should apply for 4 jobs everyday. 2. Order take away food once a week Take away food is so expensive because of the tax and delivery fees . So buying less take away food can reduce daily expenses. 3. Shop for clothes 4 times a year Buying less clothes can help reduce costs. 4. Take shorter showers My rent is not inclusive of water and heating. So taking shorter showers can reduce costs .
