Is it a registered Company? Can we visit your office and pay the cash hand to hand?

Can I receive the details in another language?
We can send you the details in the following languages: English, Arabic, Malayalam, Indian, Urdu, and Philippine.
You can advise which one is your preferred language.

How long should I wait for a response to my inquiry?
We will normally respond to your email within 1 working day, but please allow up to 2 working days, as sometimes we experience high

If I paid for the CV Distribution service when the distribution will begin?
Your CV Distribution will start within 7 working days (according to the waiting list), and according to our confirmation of receiving all the
following requirements (A to C) at our official email address rashad@getmejob.ae or Admin@getmejob.ae
A. Payment receipt Photo.
B. Your CV and Cover Letter Files in Microsoft word format only. (In case if you do not have the CV in Microsoft word format you need
to first confirm with us if your current another format can be converted successfully).
C. A statement that you have read all our FAQs and agree to all our Terms & Conditions which are mentioned here.
6-
Other situations that force us to delay or postpone the start of distribution?
A. If we face some technical problems or unusual overload in the waiting list. (In this case, we might delay starting your cv Distribution
up to maximum 14 working days).
B. If any near upcoming long holidays such as (Religion Holidays or Traditional Holidays) the market will not be suitable for distributing.
Therefore, we will postpone the distribution until the holidays pass and will resume distributing within 14 working days after that (as
per the waiting list).

At what time of the scheduled day the distributing start exactly? How long does the process take? When can I expect to
receive any responses?
The process will start after 8 P.M or after Midnight of the scheduled day. (We only run at this time to ensure that your CV delivered to
the recipients in their first mail page in the next morning).
The process will take only one night. You can then expect to receive responses in the first early morning.
(It is very important that you provide a valid email address and mobile number as we cannot undo the process once we started it, and
you will have to pay again for redistribution if this mistake happen.)

If I have a short time can I ask to start the distribution urgently? If so, how much extra I have to pay?
In case if you have a short time and wish to start the distribution urgently (which is starting the distribution within 24 hours) you must
first contact us for confirmation.
Upon receiving confirmation from us, you can then pay 100 AED extra to opt for our urgent CV Distribution Service.

How many times you will distribute my CV?
One payment is equivalent to one-time distributing only. We will distribute your CV to our entire record of emails in our database one
time only.
10- If I paid for CV Distribution service and then faced some situation, Can I ask you to keep the process on hold until such
time?
Yes, we can postpone the distribution until you give us a confirmation to process further.
11- Can I ask to distribute my CV to a specific Field or Location? Where does my CV get sent?
Our Database is not fragmented. Your CV will be sent directly to more than 200,000 mixed email addresses of mostly private companies,
free zone companies, online recruiters, governments & semi-government organization. Addresses of HR managers, key contact persons,
business owners, and decision makers.
We cover all type of companies (big-medium-small) all Field & industries (Finance and Accounting, IT, HSE, Hospitality, Engineering,
Sales & Marketing, Business Development, HR, Recruiting, Training, Healthcare, Administration, Operations, Transportation, Arts and

sent email.
13- What should I say if I receive job offers in a city that I do not want, or if the salary or job level is not acceptable?
We suggest to ask them first if they have any other branch of the company in your preferred city.
In case of an unaccepted offer, we suggest you keep a space for negotiating during the interview before directly rejecting any offers. As
sometimes, you can sell your skills better during the interview, and that could give you a better advantage hence a better job offers
options within the company.
14- When you send my CV to those hundreds of thousands of Companies you have listed, do you interfere as a third party or
CC yourself for each company mail address?
No! We will send your CV using a new mail technology program that delivers your CV straight to the inbox of the recipients and that
shows only your email address as a sender! Therefore, you will receive direct responses and be fully in control.
15- What should I expect after the Distribution of my CV complete?
 You can expect to receive Interview calls/emails from interested Company/Employers or HR in Charge in the early next morning.
In case if you reside outside their country, they might contact you on your WhatsApp or Skype address.
 There is a small possibility to receive an “invitation to interview” emails. You can easily find these types of emails by writing in the mail
search box and trying these two words: “interview” or “appointment”. Make sure to check your Inbox folder as well your Junk Email or
Spam folder.
 There is a very small possibility to receive a response from someone upset who is no longer or not related to the hiring filed. If this
happened, kindly give him a small apology and try to get his email address or company name and then contact us to help us delete
his address from our records.
 You will receive about 50 to 500+ automatic responses or fail emails such as (on vacation letter) or (out of office) or (email has been
changed). You can either ignore or forward your resume to the new mentioned email address if it is mentioned.
Kindly note that those auto emails represent only 0.005 % of our email records and we are doing regular updates every while to keep
the records up to date.
 You might receive a request from some companies to upload your resume & to register in their sites. We suggest to do that to increase
your odds to get interview calls, also this might enable you to receive suitable job alerts from them when any new roles become
available.
 Some recruiting companies might have an auto-forward system to send your CV to their other branches outside the country. So there
is a very small possibility to receive email responses from companies outside the country. Also, some recruiting companies might
upload your CV them self to their database or website trying to find for you an employment opportunity.
16- Do you guarantee that I will get calls for interviews or promise any employment opportunity? Can I pay only after securing
a Job?
No. GetmeJob.ae Company does not guarantee any calls for an interview or promise any employment opportunity. We are a CV forwarder
& Writing online paid service provider. We are not a recruiting agency, and neither are we affiliated with any UAE recruitment agencies.
However, our records show that 50% - 70% of our clients are getting a new job opportunity.

17- What are the factors that increase the chances of getting calls/interview?
Mainly, submitting for our Full CV writing with Cover Letter Service will increase the odds by 50%. We can build a unique and eyecatching resume that grabs employers' attention to select your profile among dozens of other resumes that are being sent daily basis via

The Redistribution Service will help you target newly available vacancies, but we recommend to keep a minimum of 14 days between
the first distribution and submitting for the second distribution.
B. Also, you can submit for our Full CV Writing service if we have advised you earlier, as this will increase your odds as we explained in
point number 17.
19- If I got the job through your service, is there any contract or amount must be deducted from my coming salary?
No. We are a company that charges job seekers with fixed fees only for our mentioned services.
20- Can you send some evidence of how a success your service is?
Yes, every year we do a small survey to check up some customer’s feedback. Upon your request, we can send for you our recent survey
of captured customers testimonials should you wish to have a look.
21- Can I use your service if I’m currently employed and I don’t wish that my current manager knows about this?
Yes, you MUST inform us only on our official email rashad@getmejob.ae or Admin@getmejob.ae which email address (es) or domain
name(s) to be removed from our records.
Note: Your current employer mostly will not be able to receive your CV, However, we cannot guarantee this as sometimes your employer
could be able to receive your CV via other redirecting channels of which you may not be aware of. It’s a risk you have to consider. We
will distribute your CV without bearing any responsibility towards anyone.
We suggest you prepare a small excuse just in case. You can say that you were uploading your updated cv to their system or you can
say that you were trying to aim for a higher level in their company, etc…
22- Can I use your UAE CV Distribution service if I am not based in the country?
Yes. some companies these days’ conduct interviews on Skype/WhatsApp/or via calling you internationally.
But it’s always recommendable to submit for our UAE distribution service after arriving in the UAE as a visitor for at least 1-month visit
visa and then purchasing a local mobile number in order to facilitate for interested employer’s/companies communicate with you to
schedule an interview.
Second method: is to ask anyone related to you who are already based in the UAE to accept mentioning his UAE cell phone number in
your resume and then planning the interview appointments in concert with the time of your visiting the country. This way you can directly
attend these scheduled interviews as planned without any delay.
As for proceeding the payment internationally: (You can pay the charges from your home country via Western Union, or online transferring
or through our PayPal paying options in page number 5).

23- In which format my new CV will be built?
Your final CV will be sent as an encrypted PDF format only. We only provide this format in order for us to save our design and format
from getting copied and shared in the online market.
Also Your CV context will be sent as an editable word file in which you will be able to copy the context or to suggest any editing to be
made. We offer full life time CV Updating service for free such as: adding recent job summary, adding new certificates, courses, etc….
24- If I have one or more CVs in different professions, what do you propose to do?
We suggest conducting all information’s in one CV If the professions and expertise are linked to each other. For example: Sales, Marketing
and Business Development Professional.
in case if you have two or more different and unrelated professions such as an Accountant and an Engineer Professional then its
recommended to build two different CVs, to be able to target each field on an individual basis hence a higher chance to get employed.
PAYMENT
25- Can we pay in two installments?
Yes, you can pay in two installments for the combo package only, such as (Full CV Writing + CV Distribution Service).
For Example, the package cost 600 AED; the payment in two installments will be (Paying 300 AED to activate the full cv writing service
and then after receiving your new CV you can pay the second payment of 300 AED to activate the Distribution service).
Note that in this case the process of distribution service will be scheduled only after receiving the second payment and as per the waiting
list (Refer to point number 4+5), so suggest to make full payment of the combo package at once if you wish your distribution to be
scheduled without any delay.
26- If I paid for CV Distribution service and then faced some situation, Can I ask you to refund my money?
Please note that after you pay for the service, we reserve a place for you in our queue, as well we set necessary tools or arrangement to
process your order. hence we cannot refund the money unless if your request to refund was in the first 24 hours.
After 24 hours the money will not be refundable, but you will still have an option of requesting us to distribute someone else CV from
your part instead of distributing your CV. This will also give you a chance to charge the alternative person the same amount you paid for
us.
