Float on back 5 sec. - - Assist at either shoulder, hips or hands depending on ability ● Float with face in water on front, ears in water on back 6min - Start by front glide with a flutterboard and slowly faze out ● Time requirement met ● Recovery from floats Glide on front 3m Glide on back 3m Line flutterboard - When flutterboard is removed start on small distances and slowly increase - Repeat with backglide 7min ● Face in water; arms extended beyond head during front ● Minimum distance completed ● Ears in water; arms by sides during back - Start by flutterkick with the buoyant aid and slowly faze it out Flutterkick on back 5m line flutterboard - Can assist by pulling through water and can give rhythm for kicks ● Body on back - After buoyant aid is gone work on building up distance ● Alternate leg action drive ● Rhythmic kick ● Minimum distance completed Flutterkick on front 5m ● Body on front ● Alternate leg action drive ● Rhythmic kick ● Minimum distance completed line
