How Employees Obtain Verifications
Getting employment or income verified is fast
and simple
If you do not have access to a
computer or mobile device, a
Verification Authorization Code
may be generated via phone by
calling 1-855-226-6775. A copy of
your Consumer Employment Report
(CER), which displays information
provided by your employer, as well
as a summary of verification
inquiries, may also be requested.

or Service Representative.
1.
Inform the organization requesting the verification (verifier) that your
employer uses ADP Employment Verification Services, which leverages
Verification Exchange™ from Equifax to complete employment and income
verifications.
2.
If your verifier does not use Verification Exchange, go to
www.verificationexchange.ca/employees to create an account. A Verification
Authorization Code and unique URL will be provided on the portal and emailed
to you (Please bookmark this site for future requests).
3.
Provide the code or unique URL in the email to the verifier for your
employment and/or income verification.
4.
The verifier clicks on the unique URL in the email or visits
www.verifier.verificationexchange.ca to enter the code and submit the
verification request. After a valid code is entered, the report is delivered
instantaneously.
Note: Code expires 72 hours after being generated and is valid for one-time use
only by one verifier. If you are dealing with multiple verifiers, a unique code
must be generated and provided to each verifier.
