General Objective
In order to improve HSE performance and prevent possible traffic hazard,
Company requests All drivers and employees to strictly follow the relevant
regulation.
1. It is mandatory for all drivers to follow
speed limit considering
different type of road, time and weather.

Just driving in safe speed can prevent accident.
2. Based on the data of GPS , considering the reasonable overtaking
and GPS data error factor,
regards >2 minutes continues over
speed driving （continuous 4 point or more in GPS map）or
instantaneous speed is more than 25%（including 25%） of speed
limitation or instantaneous overspeed is less than 25% of speed
limitation but more than 6 times within one hour is violation,
referring to
speed limitation in different type of road, time and
weather.
3. If the driver driving continuous overspeed exceeds less than 20%
of
speed limitation there will be a penalty of $100 and warning
letter for the first time and the person will be dismissed directly for
the second time.
4. If the driver driving continuous overspeed exceeds 20% of
speed limitation; the person will be dismissed immediately once
found.

regards ≥2 hours’ continuous driving without break for or less
than 10-15 min is fatigue driving.There will be a warning letter for
first time and penalty of $20 for second time and be dismissed
directly for the third time.
6. If any driver has over speed or fatigue driving for more than twice a
month or violation times of all vehicles are more than three times
within a month or violation times of all vehicles are more than five
times within a quarter, there will be a penalty of $500-1,000 as well
as a notification letter for divisions.

vehicle drivers who are working for less than half day (minibus
-Autobus) are allowed to drive based on Iran traffic speed limitation,
while driving out of working time
8. Vehicle owner and his driver who are working 24 hours for
Company are not allowed to drive more than
speed limit while
driving out of working time.
9. Line managers with coordination of HSE supervisor in advance
must confirm any over speed of
speed limitation happening in
emergency, also official letter must be sent to
HSE Department.
10. Because of some unknown roads and some geo zone which are
not considered on Google map . Division Coordinator and HSE
department are responsible to investigate the reported over speed.
11. The number of instantaneous over speed is related with drivers’
monthly performance and bonus. Drivers should control
instantaneous overspeed, within one hour the the number of
instantaneous overspeed should be less than 6 times . If less than
6 times, Division should talk with the driver timely to invesgate the
reason and hold DDT training. If more than 6 times will be treat as
overspeed.
