Research similar blogs in your target niche
Look for good traffic scores, but not so high you won’t be noticed (use Alexa for traffic rankings)
Come up with at least 5 results. Research each blog and find potential weaknesses
Develop a solution for these weaknesses, and create / refine your unique system to help fill the gaps
Contact the blog owners and offer to implement the work for free – be clear on what results you hope to provide
Put in the work and deliver
Prepare a report or video and offer to let the blog owner share with their audience (linking to your site, of course!)
