The infographic that I have created focuses on the things and activities that I should do in my own life in order to
take care of my Spiritual, Physical and Material self. Despite that there are other ways and activities that could be
done to take care of the Self, I have chosen the ones that I think suits me best and is within my capabilities as a
person since I want to prevent myself from trying a method that is just out of reach. I also put some icons and
pictures to represent how I see each aspect of the self. Money and the Fried egg represents my material self’s needs
and desires. The bible and the church icons represents the need for prayer and going to mass in order to connect
with God. The weightlifting and fit body icons represents what an ideal Physical self would be.
My insights on the importance of self-care revolves around my belief that we should take care of ourselves so that
we would be able to do fulfill our duties as a human person and as a member of the community in the most
efficient and effective way and the same time become a person that promotes and aids the development of others.
