1. Sir Good Day, Santa Cruz Institute (Marinduque) Inc. is hereby request the Santa Cruz
Institute ROTC Unit Cadet Officers and training staff to conduct vigil for the late School Vice
President Mr. Joel R. Pedro, from April 15, 2021 up to April 17, 2021.

3. Posting time is from 1200H – 0500H
4. We can assure you that we will implement the minimum health protocols.
5. We also request also that SCI ROTC Unit Staff and Officers to wear the battle dress uniform
(BDU) during vigil.
