ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND ICT
TIME FRAME
45 days
Unit 1 focuses on entrepreneurship and information and communications technology (ICT). This unit will help the learners
demonstrate an understanding of the importance of identifying buyers and sellers and selling products based on customer needs.
It will also help the learners demonstrate an understanding of the use of online communication tools, Microsoft Office applications
such as Excel and PowerPoint, and moviemaking software through assessments and hands-on activities. In this unit, the learners
will be able to learn the knowledge and skills about sellers and buyers and in determining appropriate products and services to offer
based on customer needs. They will also explore the internet and Microsoft Office applications to communicate, gather, analyze, and
present information. Furthermore, it will also enable the learners to independently use their knowledge and skills in entrepreneurship
and ICT so that they will be able to apply these learnings to be successful in life and as an entrepreneur.
