Please note the following:

Tender offer should be lump sum fixed price. Escalations will not apply.

Tenders should be submitted no later than Thursday 14th April 2022 at 5:30pm

Tenderers are required to attend a mid-bid meeting on TBA to clarify any queries
(meeting time to be arranged). Please note that any clarifications from this meeting
will be made available to all tenderers through a Notice to Tenderers (NTT).

Siteworks is not part of this contract,

Joinery will be supplied and installed by others,

issued as an NTT and be included in your tender submission.
