SHIH TZU PUPPY SALES CONTRACT I the undersigned Nathaly Jinte hereby agree to ship one male shih Tzu puppy to Belinda Troke(Buyer). The buyer on his/her part has agreed to buy a male Shih Tzu puppy for the purchase price of 600 CAD , under the terms in this Agreement as follows: INFORMATION OF PUPPY: Breed: Shih Tzu Puppy Age: 12 weeks Old Sex: Male Quantity: One (1) INFORMATION OF SELLER: Nathaly Jinte Thunder bay Ontario INFORMATION OF BUYER: Belinda Troke 20 Seventh Ave. Deer Lake. NL, A8A2A9 CANADA CANADA TERMS OF AGREEMENT This sales agreement is a GUARANTEE of REFUNDS and GOOD HEALTH certifying that the pet appears to be in good health condition. The seller has taken the puppy to a registered veterinary clinic for checkup, and is confirmed that the puppy is in good health condition. Should the said pet be reported as in poor health condition? The Buyer will have to ship the pet back to the seller AT THE SELLER’S EXPENSE and complete REFUNDS OF PAYMENT or REPLACEMENT OF ANOTHER PUPPY WITH EQUAL VALUE will be made to the buyer within 48 hours. The buyer has accepted to pay the sum of 300 CAD to the seller as fee for THE PUPPY and SHIPMENT to be carried out and the seller has accepted to ship the puppy to the buyer immediately payment is done. Balance fee to be paid after buyer has the puppy. The puppy will come alongside with papers, shot/Vet records, 1 year genetic health guarantee. After payment of 300 CAD by the buyer, the seller will ship the puppy to the buyer on the below specified Date:……… 30st… ……Month…April………..………Year…2022 Buyer to fill in the above spaces to indicate his/her preferred date for the puppy to be shipped. HEALTH GUARANTEE The seller Nathly Jinte guarantees the puppy to be free from infectious diseases for ten (10) days after the puppy leaves their premises and guarantees the puppy to be free from genetic problems for up to one year of age. Hip and joint problems can be caused by or influenced by overfeeding, improper diet, failure to maintain proper weight, failure to provide Sufficient exercise, over-exercising or improper exercising which would be out of our control. Seller will provide buyer with puppy that leaves the house in good general health and that has known no physical defects. Buyer agrees that he/she will take the puppy to their veterinarian within ten (10) days of receiving the puppy for examination, testing/ treatment for worms, Obtain prescription (As recommended by Vets). Failure to have the puppy examined by a vet within ten (10) days of the date the puppy is delivered to buyer or if buyer fails to provide required immunizations/ treatment, will mean that this health guarantee will be void. RIGHT OF RECOVERY OR PLACEMENT Should the buyer find themselves unexpectedly in a circumstance where other things prevents them from being able to properly care for the puppy, buyer agrees that we will be contacted first and given first rights to the puppy. If the puppy is to be sold, Seller will be given right of first refusal. Buyer agrees that the puppy will not under any circumstances be placed in an animal shelter or pound or rescue center. This provision is to ensure that the puppy will not end up homeless or destroyed. Failure to comply with the said terms above by the SELLER or the BUYER would result to a fine, and the law would take its full course for justice. Both parties hereby confirm and accept that this agreement would expire after the buyer has made PAYMENTS and receive PUPPY in Good physical and healthy condition. Transaction Concluded and Confirmed This agreement is hereby confirmed and signed by SELLER and BUYER Both parties hereby seal the agreement and abide with their signatures.
