a supplier who offers on-site training and service
packages. They most likely also make use of
technology that enables online support and remote
problem diagnosis. Better yet!
2) They Have a Long History Of Manufacturing Packaging

are simply not viable. But if you ask them to run it
by their engineering or R&D teams and all you get is
silence, it means they not only don't want to help
you find an innovative solution, but they're also
probably not designing, engineering, and building
their own machines. Proactive suppliers are driven
to innovate and are inspired by what lies ahead.

these indicators, there is a good chance that you
