personal development and targets.
Review of Performance:
XXXhas been with the company for over X years and was already part of the Building Surveying team
when I joined, XXXX is an excellent employee and his vast experience and knowledge enables him to
apply technical and sensible answers to problems on projects.
XXXX is very efficient on the CAD system and delivers a high level detailed drawing in quick time if
required.
I have undertaken two reviews of XXXX’s and both resulted in minor comments,XXXX will always go
over and above to cover off potential issues which is great from a client care point of view.
XXXX is excellent at advising a timescale for a project and delivering on it, I have never had to chase
XXXX for anything and normally receive the work ahead of the delivery date.
XXXX feeds into the Building Surveying team really well contributing his knowledge of construction
and the MOD estate and Amey procedures.
One particular job that I wish to focus on is XXXXXXXXXXXXX in Gosport where XXXX has in awkward
circumstances due to a limited design appointment managed to produced excellent drawings and the
feedback from the client has been excellent.
Finally, in regards to XXX’s fee sheet, XXX has achieved his target which increased during the year due
to a pay rise and would expect XXX to continue to complete the work moving forward.
