This letter serves as a recommendation for LaRhonya Richards. I am writing as the personal care supervisor of the Palm View Care Facility to recommend one of our personal care assistants, Shana Wilson, for a similar position at your facility. Shana has worked for us for three years and in that time, she has proved herself to be a highly conscientious, and diligent employee. Shana has worked as a personal care assistant for both our residential patients as well as home care patients, so her on-the-job skill set is quite diverse. She is a flexible employee who is always willing to work with the scheduling needs of her patients if possible, which has made her invaluable to Palm View. Most importantly, Shana has demonstrated great concern and care for her duties as a personal care assistant. She is respectful and courteous to all patients and has a gift for explaining home care procedures in a way that is accessible to their at-home caregivers. I have no doubt that Shana will be an excellent addition to your personal care assistant team. This is a recommendation for Susan Selsby for the open Home Health Aide position. I have supervised Susan for five years now and believe that she is ready to take on the role of a full Home Health Aide with your Heartland Senior Care Home. Susan Selsby is hard-working, has all of the requisite medical knowledge and caring required to be a great Home Health Aide. We have worked for years together and I have seen her service to our patients first hand. She is always very curious and willing to ask the tough questions of all medical staff. Her active mind makes her very adept at problem-solving. Her specialty is bathing, moving and feeding clients. She has a great attention-todetail and is can lift more than 200 pounds. She also has a license for driving a small bus. I know that Susan Selsby would be a great addition to your staff. It is my pleasure to recommend Alice Taylor to you as a caregiver for your elderly aunt. Alice served as a caregiver for my sister, Sandra Bell, following an automobile accident in which she sustained serious head trauma and spinal injuries. It took Sandra 18 months of intense rehabilitation to re-learn how to walk, talk and handle normal daily tasks. Alice lived with my sister throughout the entire rehabilitation period and was an inspiration. As time passed and my sister showed some improvement Alice knew instinctively when to push Sandra to keep going in her exercises and daily tasks and when to help her. She was always positive and upbeat encouraging my sister and supporting her through the difficult ordeal. I do not know if my sister would have been able to muster the stamina to keep going every day without Alice’s encouragement and assistance. Throughout the entire 18-month rehabilitation period Alice assisted my sister with eating, bathing and dressing. She cooked all the meals and cleaned the kitchen afterwards. She also did laundry, changed linens, collected and sorted mail, and took care of light housekeeping duties. Alice transported Sandra to and from all doctors’ appointments and rehabilitation sessions. She made sure Sandra did her exercises correctly every day, and talked to her when she became depressed. When my sister’s condition began to improve Alice took her to church, to the grocery store, the library, and other places in the community. I hope you will consider hiring Alice Taylor to serve as your aunt’s caregiver during her convalescence. I do not believe you will find a caregiver with more energy and integrity than Alice nor one that is more trustworthy. She is dedicated to furthering the healing process of all the patients in her care. It is my immense pleasure to recommend Jane Auburn for the position as a Caregiver at Brookdale Senior Living. As her supervisor, I affirm her suitability and ability to work well in personal care capacities. Jane is an honest and diligent young woman who is passionate to help others. While she was working at Scottsdale Senior Residents, she demonstrated immense fervor by providing the residents with a reason to live actively each day. Her presence at the facility made it a fun and well-organized place as she has the ability to display professionalism with a touch of personal attitude that makes her so popular. Not only she can assist the elderly with their daily activities but also she is able to ensure that they do not feel lonely. Besides that, she has a profound habit of completing all tasks with dedication. Many times, she even sacrificed her free time to spend a little more time with the older adults. To summarize, I believe that she will be an asset to any organization because her commitment and caregiving skills are above par. I wish her all the best in her future endeavors. Should you need more information regarding her, please feel free to call or email me. It is a true pleasure for me to write this letter of recommendation for Maria Bailey. Maria had worked as my mother’s primary caregiver for more than 3 years. Looking after my mother, who had advanced dementia was challenging, but Maria handled it dedicatedly and professionally. Maria is compassionate by nature and always positive about things. Even during the terrible rages of anger that she was subjected to by my mother, she remained calm and in a state of “constant caregiving.” As someone who has a great devotion to logic and an eye for detail, she has the capacity to remain calm and think logically, even during severely distressing times. During the time Maria spent working with my mother, she provided her with much-needed companionship and conversation, medication support, and assistance with incontinence and also worked as her nutritionist. I genuinely believe that because of her eagerness to help, she made my mother’s life more comfortable than it would have been otherwise. In conclusion, I recommend Maria for a caregiver position without reservation. I believe that she is completely capable of providing exceptional care, both on a physical and emotional level while maintaining her client’s dignity. If there is anything else that you need to know about Maria, please feel free to contact me at (000) 411-5693.
