Summary: This article is about China’s education ministry put more weight on sport in the school entrance exam, because they recognize that many people are physically inactive and overweight. In general, sports tests are usually easier to pass than other subjects’ tests, even an obesity student can pass the sport tests easily. Therefore, this plan can make people to put more attention in sports. Commentary: After reading this article, I think it is important to put more attention on the problem of obesity, I also agree to put more weight on sport in China’s high-school entrance exam. The sports tests are very easy to pass, and the weight of sports tests are low, so many people can pass them. Thus, these tests become useless. Putting more weight on sports tests can make the students spare no efforts playing sports and breed their interest in sports. Many people are overweight, not only the elderlies, children are overweight too, especially the children in town. They study all the time so they “don’t” have time to exercise, also they eat a great deal of junk food. Why I emphasize the word “don’t”? Because they are not really busy, they are lazy in fact. I like sports, I always play sports, however I only play sports twice a week in school’s days. Because of the Covid-19 pandemic, I reduce it to once a week, sometimes I even do not play sports in a whole week. I feel more tired when I do exercise for a longer time. Moreover, I always sit down therefore my weight is higher gradually. We can’t neglect obesity, we need to have a healthy body. Overweight and obesity can bring many diseases to our health, such as high blood pressure, high blood sugar, increase risk of heart disease and more. We should balance our food and drink, eat more vegetables and less junk food, moreover the essential one is do more exercises and sports. Let us have a healthy body to do what we want!
